Copyright Takedown Notice
Soup.video respects the intellectual property rights of others. This includes material on the public feed, Remix Studio, and outputs produced with the Soup AI Director Agent. If you believe that any material on our platform infringes upon any copyright which you own or control, you may file a notification of such infringement with our Designated Agent.
The Director may rewrite a user brief into an original analogue or refuse generation when a request appears to copy protected IP. That safety behavior does not replace a formal notice, and it does not make Soup the owner of third-party works.
Designated Agent Information
Send notices to hello@soup.video. To be effective, the notification must be a written communication that includes:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the soup.video URL, asset or profile handle, and timestamps if known.
- Evidence: screenshots, files, or other documentation of the infringing material and of your rights in the original work.
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact the complaining party (name, email, and organization if any).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
We aim to respond within 3 business days. We may ask for more evidence before acting. Incomplete notices may be delayed or closed.
Soup Brand, Director & Duplication
The same inbox also receives complaints about:
- Unauthorized use of the Soup name, wordmark, mark, or “AI Director” product identity.
- Impersonation of Soup or of another creator on the platform.
- Scraping, cloning, or republishing another user’s Soup film, stills, or Director-produced script as your own.
- Extraction or republication of Director prompts, recipes, or agent behavior.
Use subject line Complaint: Brand / Duplication and attach the same class of evidence (URLs, screenshots, handles). See also our Terms and Press Kit.
Repeat Infringement & Counter-Notice
Soup may remove or restrict the reported material, rewrite or halt a Director run, and suspend or permanently ban repeat infringers as described in the Terms. If we remove your content and you believe that was a mistake, email hello@soup.video with a counter-notice identifying the material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake, and your contact details. False or abusive notices may result in account action.
Contact us at hello@soup.video for all formal DMCA, copyright, brand, and duplication requests — always include evidence.
