Soup is an AI Director for filmmakers and creative video makers — generation is the engine, direction is the product. We are open to considering a Partnership / B2B Sales Director who already sells into creator agencies, AI media studios, and production companies. You would take Soup to teams that need a Director they can put in front of clients — not another AI video generator.
What you'll do
Open and grow a remote partnership and B2B sales motion into AI media studios, creator agencies, and production houses. Sell Soup as an AI Director: the user brings intent, Soup directs the film. Work the media vertical — agencies, studios, networks — not generic SaaS outbound. Structure pilots, partnership terms, and commercial relationships with agency and studio leads. Represent Soup with buyers who already buy creative production at scale.

We're looking for skilled prompt writers who understand how to communicate with AI video models at a technical level to produce stunning, high-quality cinematic outputs for our public platform and Remix Studio templates.
What you'll do
Write structured video generation prompts for AI films, cinematic scenes, and Remix Studio templates. Craft JSON-based prompt schemas for multi-model pipelines. Test prompts across Veo 3.1, and Kling 2.6 — understand each model's strengths and quirks. Iterate on outputs to achieve cinematic quality: lighting, motion, character consistency, scene composition. Document prompt structures and build reusable prompt libraries.

Soup.video is the internet's AI Video Studio. We are looking for a Viral AI Video Creator to helm our social growth. We don't want traditional editors. We want an AI-native storyteller who understands the 9:16 vertical format perfectly and can turn raw model outputs into scroll-stopping social content.
What you'll do
Ideate, generate, and edit viral short-form videos entirely from AI models. Combine generated footage from Veo 3.1, Seedance 1.5 Pro, and Grok Imagine. Master pacing, audio-sync, and trend-jacking. Turn basic concepts into cinematic, highly engaging social content rapidly. Analyze social performance to refine future content strategies.
